When international law firm Ashurst set out to revitalise their Perth office, they envisioned a workplace that would embrace agility, support future growth, and reflect their reputation for global excellence—while also responding to the specific needs of their Western Australian team.
Qualitas, a prominent alternative real estate investment management firm in Australia, was relocating to a new office at the esteemed 101 Collins Street. The 1,130m² space on Level 41 required a complete fit out. Qualitas engaged Axiom Workplaces to deliver a comprehensive workplace transformation—spanning strategy, interior design, and construction. The objective was to create a workspace that embodies Qualitas’ identity as high-performance investment managers, enabling agility, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.

Bendelta, a consultancy specialising in strategy, psychology, and leadership development, needed a dynamic and adaptable workplace that supports their unique work methodology. Their vision was to create a multifunctional environment that enhances collaboration, creativity, and flexibility—without feeling like a traditional office.
Axiom Workplaces partnered with a leading national wealth management organisation to deliver a transformative relocation fitout for its Melbourne head office. Previously situated within the building’s heritage section, the client recognised the need for an expanded, future-focused workspace that could better support their growing team. The former office layout, comprised of isolated work zones, hindered collaboration and limited connectivity among departments, resulting in inefficiencies and impacting productivity. In addition to requiring a more cohesive layout, the client sought to modernise the environment with advanced technology and a contemporary aesthetic that authentically reflected their brand.
Axiom’s solution included the relocation of the organisation to two newly leased floors within the same building at the prestigious 171 Collins Street address—spanning approximately 2,000 sqm. Our team provided an end-to-end delivery incorporating workplace strategy, interior design, project management, and construction, ensuring a holistic and highly tailored commercial office fitout aligned with the client’s business objectives.

Slater & Gordon, a prominent Australian consumer law firm, relocated to 530 Collins Street, spanning 3 floors and approximately 4000 sqm. Greenbox provided the design, while Axiom managed the project and construction of the new workplace.
