As Axiom’s Head of People & Culture, Kathy leads the people strategy that underpins the growth and success of the business. She is responsible for attracting, developing, and supporting talent while fostering a culture that empowers individuals and strengthens collaboration across the team. With a Bachelor of Commerce and close to a decade of experience in luxury resort design and build, Elizabeth has a sharp eye for business opportunities and a hunger for knowledge in workplace strategy. Elizabeth relishes the opportunity to learn from colleagues, market trends and varied client projects, applying her knowledge to drive high client satisfaction.

Based in Axiom’s Perth office, Peta is a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of their workplace journey. Pedro brings over 35 years of experience in engineering and construction, delivering projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors. At Axiom, he plays a key role in managing workplace fitouts, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. With deep expertise in cost management, resource optimisation, and risk control, Pedro provides clients with confidence that their investment is managed with precision and care. Gavin brings over 10 years of experience delivering workplace fitout projects across Australia.
