The Brief
Oreta were embarking on a new joint venture with Telstra Business Centre & required a collaborative, yet flexible workspace that allowed 2 organisations to merge as one entity, Axia. This brought many challenges & required extensive change management to develop a new way of working for a new organisation.
The Outcome
Through our unique ‘Insight’ strategy workshops & staff engagement, the team were able to create an innovative design that allowed Axia to integrate their 2 teams. With the space incorporating technology experience booths, flexible townhall space, gaming areas, a bar & even the dog kennel, this truly is a thriving workspace.
