The Brief
NPS MedicineWise were inefficiently spread across 3 floors which therefore meant they lacked collaborative spaces, connection between teams & a breakout area that staff could come together. In turn, this resulted in an unproductive culture & lack of engagement.
The client desired a relaxed and friendly arrival space, to serve as double-duty for catered events and conferences accommodating large groups, while also providing a solution to overflow for interstate visitors being able to plug in and work.
The Outcome
Through our workplace strategy offering, we were able to engage with all staff across the organisation to build a brief & ensure the most efficient use of space was achieved within their budget constraints.
An approachable, flexible, multifunctional space – that has evolved away from a traditional reception style space – was important to reflect NPS MedicineWise’s role as providing critical information about medicines that really help people, and our design solution resolved this.
Our project management team were able to successfully stage the project to ensure minimum impact on the staff throughout & provide a new thriving workspace.
